How do I withdraw Ruby?
The minimum withdrawal amount is set at 100 Rubies.
When entering your bank details, your verified name must match the name on bank accounts you intend to use, including any middle names, family names, or special characters.
Withdrawal may take up to 7 days for the direct bank transfer to be processed, and to check for any fraudulent activities.
To initiate a withdrawal, completing the KYC process is necessary.
We do not charge any withdrawal fees, however your bank might impose some charges, which we don't cover.
You can withdraw only rubies you've received from other users.
If you purchased Rubies using cryptocurrency, we'll proceed with the withdrawal directly to your bank account after verifying all the necessary information.
